Returns will be accepted on unopened products only, live worms excluded, within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. In the event of a mis-shipment or defective item, Mission Worm will refund the return shipping costs associated with your order however notification to Mission Worm must be received within 24 hours of receipt of your order on all products and request must meet all shipping conditions.
Mission Worm will notify you via e-mail once return has been processed. Refunds will be applied within one billing cycle.
To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
